Governor Kate Brown- Governor
Kate Brown is a true champion for choice. She has been clear and consistent in her stance that all people have should have access to the reproductive healthcare services that they need. We can count on Kate to protect our right to safe and legal abortion from threats at the state and federal level. Governor Brown signed the nation’s most progressive reproductive health policy into law. The Reproductive Health Equity Act (HB 3391) was the first legislation in the US to comprehensively address systemic barriers to accessing reproductive health care, expanding coverage to thousands of Oregonians throughout the state – regardless of income, citizenship status or gender identity. #TeamKate
Val Hoyle – Oregon Commissioner of Labor & Industries
Won 52 % of votes during the primaries, enough to win the office outright for 2019!
Val Hoyle is a life-long advocate for women’s reproductive rights. She has a proven track record of eliminating barriers to reproductive health access. In the Oregon Legislature, Val championed the bill that expanded women’s access to birth control by allowing a 12-month prescription and giving pharmacists authority to directly prescribe birth control. We can trust Val to continue to protect the civil and reproductive rights of women as Oregon’s next Labor Commissioner.
