Position: Movement Building Organizer
Reports to: Advocacy Director
Status: 16 hours per week, between October and December 2019.
Compensation: $18 per hour
The Movement Building Organizer will work to test and develop key messaging around choice, abortion, and reproductive justice and equity as it relates to the Latinx community. The Movement Building Organizer will use their excellent interpersonal skills and deep knowledge of the complexities of reproductive justice and equity to engage in meaningful conversations with folks at their doors in order to garner data about choice in these communities, and eventually move into persuasive and educational conversations around these topics. The Movement Building Organizer will use their time management skills to cut their own turf, complete their doors, and report back to the Advocacy Director about their progress.
